Angry Neighbor

Toony bought a new house in a quiet area of ??a town to avoid the hustle and bustle. But his delight did not last long. Next settled new neighbor, which in its own way was just unbearable.
He swore literally with all its neighbors, turned the music very loud, threw trash through the window into Toonys yard and left his dog out to bite people. The neighbors could not reconcile with the behavior of the new neighbor, and called the police.
