The Giant Chimney

The spring break of 5th grade, the small mountain cottage, rebuilt from a giant chimney, that my grandpa took me to several years ago.
He probably wanted to show me something.
He died in the summer of last year though, so I came by myself this time.
What memories did my grandpa leave behind?
