4444 is an action puzzle with unique mechanics, designed to appeal to people of all ages. It is a very simple game, it only requires tapping on the screen, no swiping or complicated gestures.

4444s gameplay is super easy to grasp too. Four squares of the same colour and size merge to form a bigger square of the same colour. Join all the squares on the board into one and complete the level!

Simplicity is only apparent though, as the game unfolds, levels get more and more challenging and new elements are introduced to keep puzzles always brain-teasing and fun.

"I like this tricky puzzle game. The idea is to fill four adjacent squares with the same colour so theyll merge to become one big square. Do this with the entire playfield - thus filling the screen with one colour - and you win.

You have to inspect the queue of incoming colours, look at your board, and think carefully about which square to fill in next. In the timed mode, however, you have to think quickly about which square to fill in next.

The difficulty is quickly ramped up, and new ideas are introduced at a rapid pace. That includes a nuisance spider creature who scores through bricks and splits them into ever-smaller quarters.

Its tough, but its fun."
