Tank Protection Program

Inspired on the old classic games (Battle City and Tank 1990).
Your town is being invaded by an army of enemy tanks. Your task, should you accept it, is to protect at all times the eagles dispersed around the area. One eagle falls, and your town is doomed to forever serve the enemies.
