Battle Cats

It may seem that everything turns around zombies nowadays. However, with the exception of scantily clothed woman, cats have always been the true kings of the Internet. It shouldnt strike anyone then that they move forward to reclaim their throne and restore the feline-cracy.

Battle Cats is a game that doesnt take itself too seriously, being one of those two-dimensional defense games in which you have to create troops at your tower and command them towards the enemys. Somewhere in the middle, they will clash into enemy forces and stats will decide what shall take place. However, dont expect super-cool and über-cute samurai cats, but something quite twisted and warped instead. All the game is pervaded by that demented feeling Japanese developers put into their games when arent coding 8bit RPGs. At its fishbone, this game laughs at cats, defense games and any canonical sense of aesthetics. The same applies to the quaint -to say it softly- translated from Japanese texts.

This isnt against this game is a pretty good defense game, cats shown herein are original each in their own way and, in the end of the day, its a free game with little if any flaws. Its just plainly strange, and that might be a bait for a lot of you users. Lastly, dont forget to use the mega-laser at the top of your tower to wipe enemies off the screen if things threatens to get out of hand.
